
Boardway Match: Hitting the bull’s eye on board talent

When Steen Ulf Jensen, an experienced Chair and board professional, including his role as Chair of DanBan (Danish Business Angels), set out to strengthen the board of Epione Medicine, the bar was high.
Epione Medicine supplies high-quality medicine to the Danish pharmacies at lower cost, contributing to both patient wellbeing and reduced societal healthcare expenses. To support their next phase, they were looking for an independent board member with:
- A strong track record in digitization strategy
- Experience from international companies with physical supply chains and production
- Up-to-date knowledge of cost-efficient applications of AI and Machine Learning
Despite having an extensive network, Steen Ulf chose to work with Boardway to expand the talent pool.
